Apple iPhone 12 Pro

Specs and Features

With Apple’s new iPhone 12, users will enjoy a premium experience. Here’s how it differs from its predecessor. The screen size of Apple’s new device is more than 20% larger than previous models, with a resolution of 1200 pixels by 2600 pixels (400dpi). It has a faster 64-bit dual-core processor for smooth operation and a redesigned body that's thinner and lighter. Buttons on either side of an ergonomic frame make it easy to handle with one hand, while protective glass shields against fingerprints and water damage.

Design and Display

The iPhone 12 Pro is a premium smartphone with a thin design. The phone has an all-glass back, and it’s backed by Apple’s ion-strengthened glass that provides better durability than stainless steel or aluminum. The front of device features a nearly edge-to-edge display. The bezels are extremely thin, and there’s no notch in sight. Instead, you get a tiny speaker cutout at the top of device.

New features in iOS 13

iOS 13 is going to be Apple’s biggest iOS update yet. It comes with a completely overhauled OS that not only looks slick but also offers some unique features we can’t wait to play around with. That includes features like Dark Mode, Dynamic Wallpapers, and a new Lock Screen. We know what you’re thinking—dark mode on a phone? Isn’t that going to suck up more battery power? But don’t worry—this isn’t your father's dark mode. It won't drain your battery life (as long as you have an OLED screen). Instead, it'll make things easier on your eyes in low-light conditions and may even help stave off some sleep issues.

General Feelings About the Phone After One Month

It’s an excellent device. The camera is top-notch, which I use for work and play, and it’s a great phone for quick access to information at my fingertips. It takes excellent photos and I appreciate being able to take photos from a distance since I have small children who love to run around during events. The battery life is better than average, but not like some of my old phones that could last 2-3 days without charging. This one still lasts me about a day or so with light usage so it isn’t as bad as other iPhones in recent years, but not enough to get me through an entire weekend like previous models.

Final Thoughts

In recent years, Apple has started to use more and more premium materials to build its flagship phone. This can be seen in things like their new all-glass design, as well as their increased use of aluminum alloy on both sides of phones. With a brand new glass design and premium materials, you’ll finally get that feel that you always wanted from an Apple product; you’ll feel like it really is something special. Plus, with a screen larger than any other Apple smartphone before it, you'll have plenty of room for videos and games. No matter how you slice it, if you’re looking for a luxury smartphone experience on your next device, then look no further than the Apple iPhone 12 Pro!
